A Vision for Global Prosperity in Fifty Years
By means of an expansion of limited constitutional governments, founded on the rule of law and free and open democratic elections, more people in more nations will begin to benefit from the free flow of goods, services, people, capital, and information. Entrepreneurial activity will help billions of people rise out of poverty in the next fifty years. Poor people in the developed world will best be assisted by the elimination of professional licensure and other constraints on occupational freedom, the liberation of education, and the elimination of costly regulations and restrictions that increase their cost of living and reduce their choice of education, health care, housing, and community options.
