About FLOW Activation Circles:

FLOW Activation Circles exist to bring like-and-open-minded people together to explore FLOW-related ideas, celebrate inspiring projects, share resources, make connections, support each others’ entrepreneurial initiatives, and advance the FLOW vision in their local community and beyond.

Notes on MAY FLOW Activation Circle meetings

May's theme was "going deeper," and we certainly did. In the Austin FAC meeting on May 26th, we were fortunate to have Elad Levinson with us, who introduced and facilitated a process for going deeper, first one on one, then back to the whole group. At the San Francisco meeting on the 30th, I picked up on Elad's lead, and added other processes he outlined for me (with some improvising and we had what George Kao or the Presidio MBA program, who has attended the last three meetings, called "my favorite of the FLOW meetings so far!" NYC skipped May and will be "going deeper" on June 12th. Susan Niederhoffer will lead the meeting and present FLOW news. Adam Hansen will facilitate.

The idea for going deeper came from consistent feedback from meeting participants, indicating they wanted to get to know each other more deeply, to explore common ground. I think it is fair to say, as much as getting to know each other more deeply, we got to know ourselves more deeply too, and to see where we have opportunities to learn and grow.

June FLOW Activation Circle meetings

Based on the great response to the May meetings, we will continue to go deeper, as well as spend time in dialogue and exploration around the theme of Empowering Women Entrepreneurs , which is a fast emerging focus for the core FLOW team.
